COACHING:
One-on-One Ontological Work

This is focused, one-on-one engagement for founders and leaders who want space to think clearly and honestly about what is actually happening.

Some conversations center on leadership decisions. Others surface pressure, identity, or patterns that tend to repeat. In practice, these threads are difficult to separate.

This is a place to do your best thinking. Much of the value comes from hearing your own words reflected back. I work privately with a very small number of people each year.

The Approach

The coaching relationship is built around a regular cadence of focused sessions that creates continuity and depth. We meet consistently to work with the challenges, questions, and commitments that are most alive for you, establishing a rhythm that supports clarity, accountability, and forward movement. Between sessions, support is available through messaging and email. Communication is used intentionally, offering perspective and guidance when it is most useful, so insight can be applied in real time and progress continues beyond our conversations.

Experience

How you’re relating to pressure, responsibility, and uncertainty.

Identity

How roles, expectations, and self-image shape your decisions.

Choice

How awareness expands the range of available choices under pressure.

CONSULTING:
Systems & Technical Consulting

This is hands-on consulting for organizations dealing with real complexity in their systems.

Engagements typically involve software architecture, data systems, and AI-enabled workflows, especially where tools, teams, and incentives aren’t lining up the way they should. The focus is on understanding how the system actually behaves, not how it was intended to behave.

The aim is simple: reduce unnecessary complexity, surface what matters, and help teams build systems that can be operated with clarity and confidence.

The Approach

Consulting engagements begin by slowing things down enough to see what’s really happening. Rather than jumping straight to solutions, we look at structure, flow, constraints, and decision paths. From there, recommendations emerge naturally, grounded in the reality of the organization. When implementation is needed, I stay involved at the level that’s most useful, sometimes as a thinking partner, sometimes more directly, and often in coordination with trusted delivery teams.

Structure

How systems are organized, where friction shows up, and what’s creating unnecessary load.

Flow

How information, decisions, and work actually move through the organization.

Signal

Separating what’s meaningful from what’s noisy so teams can act with confidence.

ADVISING:
Founder & Executive Advisory

Advisory support for founders, executive teams, and boards facing decisions that shape the direction and durability of the business.

The scope includes governance, leadership, and strategic technology risk. Conversations often involve scaling pressure, organizational design, and complex tradeoffs where missteps show up across people, systems, and time.

Perspective here comes from experience inside companies and at the board level. From seeing how decisions land beyond the meeting and how second-order effects accumulate. The aim is clearer judgment that leaders can stand behind.

The Approach

Advisory engagements begin with context. Attention stays on the structure surrounding the decision, the incentives in play, and the human dynamics influencing how options are being weighed. This creates room for tradeoffs to surface clearly and prevents urgency from driving avoidable risk. Involvement adjusts to the situation, whether that means participating in board discussions, supporting executives between meetings, or staying close as decisions move from intent to execution.

Judgment

How choices form under pressure, accountability, and consequence, especially when timelines and authority collide.

Governance

How authority, oversight, and risk are held day to day, not just on paper or in policy.

Dynamics

How incentives, relationships, and unspoken tensions shape what gets said, avoided, or rushed.
